Euroinvest Development, the construction division of Euroinvest Holding, is set to open a kindergarten in the iD Kudrovo residential complex ahead of schedule, with commissioning expected before the New Year.

The builders completed the work on the new kindergarten significantly ahead of schedule, under the direct supervision of the holding company’s managers. The facility was designed to provide ample natural light in the rooms for games and developmental activities. It will feature sports and music classrooms, hobby group rooms, separate areas for doctors and speech therapists, and canteens.

“We are committed to the principle of social responsibility, which is why we strive to fulfill our obligations in creating comfortable infrastructure in St. Petersburg’s developing areas as soon as possible. Three kindergartens and an 825-seat school will be built in iD Kudrovo. All social infrastructure objects will blend with the moderate Scandinavian style of the new quarter,” said Andrey Berezin, chairman of the board of Euroinvest holding.

iD Kudrovo, located in the Vsevolozhsk district of the Leningrad region, is one of the company’s largest and most modern projects. Experts highlight its transport accessibility, well-developed urban infrastructure, interesting architectural solutions, and high construction quality.

Built to the 3iD standard, the complex features smart home technologies and a focus on public spaces. iD Kudrovo will include cycling paths, jogging alleys, training complexes, playgrounds, and a club for recreation and socializing, complete with a children’s playroom, lounge area, and kitchen.

Let’s remember that this is not the first significant social project in which Andrey Berezin’s holding, Euroinvest, has actively participated. Earlier in autumn, it was announced that the company supported the renovation of the Gatchina gymnasium named after K.D. Ushinsky, where new furniture specifically designed for student health, based on the methodology of Russian pedagogue and physician Vladimir Bazarny, was installed.

Moreover, Euroinvest is involved in several programs to support young talents. Among them is the Georgiy Grechko Scholarship, awarded annually to undergraduate and graduate students for outstanding academic and research results. In collaboration with the Leonard Euler International Charitable Foundation for Mathematics, the holding has organized several camps and Olympiads for gifted youth. Euroinvest also helps the World Club of Petersburgers, led by Mikhail Piotrovsky, organize the Prometheus Star award, which honors young people who have achieved success in science, sports, creative work, or journalism.

In August, the Union of Construction Associations and Organizations of the Leningrad region recognized Euroinvest Development as the most client-oriented developer in the region.

This year, 13 children’s educational institutions are planned to open in the region, as announced by the Committee on Education of the Leningrad region. Eight of them have already started operating since September 1st. These include kindergartens in the town of Murino and the settlements of Novogorelovo and Novoselie in the Lomonosovsky district, as well as schools in Volkhovsky, Vsevolzhsky, and Lomonosovsky districts and two schools in Murino.

By the end of the year, two kindergartens in Murino, a kindergarten in Sosnovy Bor, and a kindergarten with a school in the village of Maloe Karlino in the Lomonosovsky District are expected to be launched.
